Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1owin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you have reason to believe that your 1owin account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1owin customer support immediately via live chat. 1owin is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
3.3 Account Updates. You must promptly update your account information if any of your registered details change, including your contact mobile number, email address, or bank details used for withdrawals. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or trigger additional verification requirements.
3.4 Personal Use Only. Your 1owin account is for your personal use only. You may not use your account to place bets on behalf of any third party, operate as an agent, or facilitate any commercial gambling activity. Corporate or group accounts are not permitted on the 1owin platform.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 1owin accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast, 1LINK, and approved cash deposit channels. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1owin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 1owin account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the processing bank and network conditions. 1owin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime.
4.4 Player Funds. All real money player balances are held in accounts that are legally separate from 1owin's operational funds. Your deposited balance is ringfenced and cannot be used to fund 1owin's corporate expenses or liabilities. This segregation is maintained as a condition of 1owin's international gaming licence.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Players must have completed any required KYC verification before submitting a withdrawal request.
5.2 Payment Method Consistency. 1owin applies a same-method withdrawal policy: your withdrawal will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. 5.3 Processing Times. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours during standard banking hours. 1owin targets same-day processing as standard practice but does not guarantee same-day completion in all cases.
5.4 Verification Requests. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 1owin may request identity verification documentation, including a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or evidence of deposit origin. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in the withdrawal being delayed or declined pending further review.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and will be displayed within the withdrawal section of your 1owin account at the time of the request. 1owin reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time as part of its risk management procedures.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 1owin are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion. Only bets placed with eligible games and bet sizes count toward wagering requirement completion. Bets placed on excluded games, or bets below the minimum qualifying stake, will not contribute to wagering progress.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 1owin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, and collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and account suspended.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Expired bonus balances and any winnings accrued from them are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.5 Right to Modify. 1owin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any regulatory requirements. Players will not be penalised for any such changes in respect of bets already placed under the original promotion terms.
7.1 Certified Software. All casino games offered on the 1owin platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash titles, fishing games, roulette, and table games — are provided by certified third-party software suppliers. These suppliers operate certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified by recognised gambling testing laboratories.
7.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or game software failure that affects the outcome of a round, 1owin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player. 7.3 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the game will continue and resolve according to its programmed rules. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules shall govern in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall govern in respect of account management and financial matters.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 1owin sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 1owin. 1owin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets that are subject to a trading error, or bets that exceed the maximum stake limits applicable to the market.
8.2 Obvious Errors. 1owin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds significantly out of line with the true market price due to a technical or human error. In such cases, voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player.
8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets on cricket, PSL, UFC, and other sporting events are accepted subject to 1owin's live trading rules. Bets placed after the event result has been determined — due to communication delay or any other reason — will be void. 1owin uses official data feeds and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
8.4 Abandoned Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after commencement, bets will be settled according to 1owin's event-specific rules, which may include voiding all bets and returning stakes, or settling based on in-progress scorelines depending on the sport and market type.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1owin platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited pending investigation:

12.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the 1owin platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, platform software, game content provided by 1owin directly, and all associated trademarks — is owned by or licenced to 1owin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 1owin intellectual property.
12.2 Restricted Use. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the 1owin platform without prior written consent from 1owin.
